BETH COCCHIARELLA

President of EMC Public Relations

Beth Cocchiarella, President of EMC Public Relations, brings more than two decades of experience to the firm. Her background spans brand development, executive positioning, media strategy, and crisis management.

Known for her ability to navigate high-stakes environments, she has successfully managed complex crisis communications and prepared top-
tier executives for national media interviews. Beth began her career in
television as a reporter and anchor, a foundation that provides her with a unique perspective on the media landscape and the mechanics of
news-driven publicity.

Since transitioning to public relations in 2000, she has built a reputation for implementing sophisticated strategic programming that fosters critical relationships between brands and their key stakeholders. Throughout her career, Beth has led successful initiatives for a wide array of notable organizations, including the Arnold Palmer Invitational, Nickelodeon Suites Resort, Pulte Homes Corporation, Jungle Island Miami, and Atlantic Coast Bank. Under her direction, EMC Public Relations provides the insight and senior-level expertise necessary to elevate brands and maintain a competitive edge in an evolving marketplace.

Lily Dechen is the Public Relations Manager at EMC Public Relations, where she supports strategic communications, influencer management, social media
strategy and media relations across a diverse portfolio of clients.


She graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a master’s degree in Digital Strategy, equipping her with a strong foundation in both traditional and digital communications.


Lily began her career as an intern and has since grown within the agency, working alongside Beth Cocchiarella for the past two years. During that time, she has contributed to the execution of a wide range of media and communications initiatives, supporting integrated client campaigns and fostering relationships that elevate brand visibility and audience connection.
